We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT specialist to join our team as a D365 Technical Lead - Sales Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and support of our D365 platform, focusing on Sales operations.

Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing customized solutions using .NET C# and Power Platform to automate and streamline end-to-end Sales processes. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, address issues, and continuously improve the D365 system to meet evolving business needs.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, leverage your expertise in Power Platform, and contribute to the success of our Sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and support of our D365 platform, focusing on Sales operations.
  • Design and implement customized solutions using .NET C# and Power Platform to automate and streamline end-to-end Sales processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, address issues, and continuously improve the D365 system to meet evolving business needs.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for D365 applications, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions in Sales operations.
  • Conduct system testing, quality assurance, and performance monitoring to ensure the stability and reliability of developed solutions within D365.

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Relevant experience in D365 development is a must.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience in System Analyst, development, and support within a D365 environment and power automation.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing solutions for end-to-end Sales processes.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver successful projects.
  • Proficiency in .NET C# programming language and development tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Strong understanding of Sales processes and business operations.
