Job DescriptionAs a Senior Fund Administration Manager, you will lead a portfolio of clients and direct a team of Senior Officers and Officers to meet their needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Using your experience and excellent organizational skills to help your team perform and grow.
- Guiding your team in completing their work and acting as the final level of review.
- Identifying and anticipating potential problem areas and measuring risks and business expansion to offer suitable solutions to clients.
- Coordinating and validating all work delivered by the team.
- Managing relationships with other service providers in the industry.
- Participating in internal projects such as product development and organizational improvements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5-10 years of experience in asset management, preferably in fund houses, fund administrators, or the Big 4.
- Several years of experience in Private Equity or Real Estate Fund Administration.
- A fully qualified accounting qualification.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and proficiency in any other Asian languages such as Chinese, Japanese, or Korean.
- Strong team spirit and ability to work independently.
- Experience in leading teams and overseeing delivery to meet multiple deadlines.
- High level of IT literacy and strong MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of eFront and Yardi systems.
