Lounge Ambassador

Cathay Pacific Airways Limited is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lounge Ambassador. As a key member of our lounge operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our valued passengers.

• Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to customers in accordance with company and legal standards, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow Lounge Ambassadors, Supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maintain high service standards.
• Guest Relations: Greet customers warmly, engage with passengers, and build rapport by initiating conversations and offering personalized assistance.
• Lounge Operations: Monitor the lounge environment, ensure cleanliness and tidiness, and maintain a comfortable seating area for customers.
• Quality Control: Conduct quality control and audit activities to ensure high standards are met.
• Concierge Services: Assist customers with travel-related inquiries, such as baggage handling and flight connections.
• Communication and Collaboration: Share passenger feedback and insights with relevant teams to improve the overall passenger experience.
• Training and Development: Act as a coach to new joiners during their on-job-training and impart operational knowledge and customer insights.

• Education: F.5 or Diploma in Hospitality/F&B or related disciplines is an advantage.
• Experience: Relevant working experience in catering, hospitality, fine dining, and luxury hotel or similar capacity is an advantage.
• Language Skills: Standard of spoken/written English and Cantonese. Mandarin is an advantage.
• Personal Qualities: Customer-oriented, energetic, helpful, and outgoing personality; keen to develop a career in Food & Beverage industry.
