Operational Strategist for Classy Wheeler Limited

Classy Wheeler Limited is a leading manufacturer and supplier of IoT products and applications, committed to delivering high-quality solutions to its clients. As an Operational Strategist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's future.
Job OverviewThis is a highly demanding position that requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying key trend directions, establishing promotion and distribution strategies, and executing plans to achieve KPIs and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business plans to ensure execution on target; monitor business plans and budget; effectively manage resource utilization/allocation.
- Take timely and appropriate actions to enhance efficiency and productivity, maintaining cost-effectiveness and identifying ways for continuous improvement.
- Build a high-performance culture with a competent, flexible, and committed workforce, integrating various functions within manufacturing operations to ensure smooth running.
- Degree holder in related management disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years of printing factory management experience with working experience in PRC; production and technical experience will be an advantage.
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills, good knowledge in computer and IT system applications.
- Self-motivated, aggressive, mature, and high responsibilities, strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capability.
- Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and independently, good communication skills and fluent in written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
