Marketing Communication Strategist

King Deux Search & Consulting, a specialized executive search firm, seeks an experienced Marketing Communication Strategist to develop and execute the overall marketing communication strategy for a leading creative agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the company's brand, raising awareness, and engaging target audiences through comprehensive marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7-10 years of experience in a senior marketing communication or public relations role, preferably within a creative agency or professional services environment. They should possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and deliver presentations to diverse stakeholders.

The Marketing Communication Strategist will oversee all aspects of the agency's external communications, including brand management, public relations, content creation, social media, and event planning. They will develop and implement a comprehensive marketing communication strategy that aligns with the agency's goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing communication strategy to enhance the company's brand and engage target audiences.
  • Managing the creation and distribution of high-quality content (e.g., blog posts, social media updates, press releases, marketing collateral) that aligns with the brand's messaging and positioning.
  • Spearheading the agency's public relations efforts, including media outreach, press conference coordination, and crisis communication management.
  • Overseeing the social media channels, ensuring a cohesive and engaging presence across platforms.
  • Planning and executing impactful experiential marketing events and campaigns to showcase the agency's capabilities and foster meaningful connections with clients and industry influencers.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with the creative, account, and business development teams to align marketing communication initiatives with the agency's overall goals and objectives.
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing communication activities, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
