Prudential plc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Actuarial Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Actuarial Reporting team, you will be responsible for producing and communicating high-quality financial reporting on IFRS 17 basis.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Actuarial Reporting team to ensure timely and accurate production of financial reports.
- Develop and maintain processes and controls to ensure high-quality results and analysis.
- Provide guidance, training, and supervision to team members.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Fellow of Society of Actuaries or equivalent actuarial body.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in actuarial department.
- Strong knowledge of actuarial concepts, insurance accounting, HKFRS/IFRS, tax, and insurance regulatory requirements in HK.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Proactive and able to work under tight deadlines.
