Project Manager Job Description

Our client, ConnectedGroup Limited, is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee multiple projects independently and ensure smooth execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong business focus, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scopes and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for effective project execution.
  • Manage relationships with third parties, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Prepare project plans, reports, and documentation for management updates.
  • Provide timely project status updates and relevant information to the Project Sponsor and Project Committee, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Maintain well-organized project documentation with proper version control and encryption as needed.
  • Support and coordinate cross-team efforts to deliver projects within agreed timelines, reporting to the Project Lead.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Experience in business analysis and user acceptance testing.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Possession of a project management professional qualification (e.g., PMP) is advantageous.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, independent, outspoken, and results-driven.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
