Assistant Manager, Museum Programs

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority. The successful candidate will have a strong background in museum administration, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing museum programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of museum programs;
  • Coordinating with museum staff to ensure successful program outcomes;
  • Preparing reports and presentations to stakeholders;
  • Assisting with budget tracking and financial analysis;
  • Providing administrative support to the team;

The selected candidate will possess a recognized university degree in a relevant field, preferably in museum studies or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is required, with a proven track record in museum administration and program management. Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, is essential.
