This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, building robust and scalable trading technology solutions for global markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and enhance the trading platform and OMS with a focus on low-latency, high-throughput performance.
- Architect and optimize order routing, execution algorithms, risk management tools, and trade lifecycle processes.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Drive system reliability, scalability, and performance improvements, ensuring seamless integration with various market data providers and liquidity sources.
- Implement real-time monitoring, failover mechanisms, and risk controls to maintain system integrity.
- Lead and mentor an engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and best practices.
- 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in developing high-performance trading platforms or OMS.
- Proficiency in C++, Java, or Rust, with a strong understanding of low-latency, multi-threaded architectures.
- Solid experience in FIX protocol, market data feeds, and trade execution workflows.
- Deep understanding of market microstructure, order matching, and risk management systems.
- Prior leadership experience, with the ability to mentor engineers and drive technical decisions.
