Position Overview

The Quantitative Trading division plays a crucial role in executing trades and managing the associated risks of derivative instruments, including options, futures, and swaps. This team is dedicated to developing and implementing trading strategies that empower the quantitative trading unit to make well-informed decisions in dynamic and intricate trading landscapes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform in-depth research and pricing analysis on ultra short-term exotic options.
  • Generate high-frequency trading alpha signals.
  • Analyze daily market sentiment, risk exposure, profit and loss, and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Conduct post-trade evaluations of trading strategies and algorithm performance.
  • Collaborate with trading developers to enhance pricing, execution, and booking methodologies.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a quantitative field from a prestigious global institution.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant options trading or high-frequency trading alpha development.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java, with a willingness to further develop technical skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
