Job Summary

Atradius is seeking a Strategic Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Retention Team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and customer retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service and drive business results.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in key account management or a related field.
  • Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin a plus.
