Key Responsibilities:
- Test Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and approaches to ensure thorough testing of our systems and applications.
- Test Team Management: Lead and manage a team of test analysts and engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Test Data Management: Design and manage test data, ensuring it is accurate, complete, and relevant to our testing needs.
- Test Automation: Develop and maintain test automation frameworks, scripts, and tools to streamline our testing processes and improve efficiency.
- Defect Management: Coordinate and manage defect identification, reporting, and resolution, ensuring that defects are properly documented and addressed in a timely manner.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and project management, to ensure that testing needs are aligned with business objectives and that testing results are effectively communicated.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business or IT.
- Experience: Proven experience in IT project management and testing, with a strong background in test planning, execution, and management.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of test analysts and engineers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Certifications: ISTQB Advanced Test Manager / Advanced (Technical) Test Analyst certification is highly desirable.
- Language: Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
