As an Activewear Design Lead, you will be responsible for researching and staying updated with the trends and technologies in activewear for the China market.

You will create detailed technical sketches, patterns, and prototypes of designs, and communicate between teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment to sales order and marketing strategy for China.

You must adhere to project timelines and deliver designs within given deadlines, and be responsible for product development from material sourcing, sampling, measurement, and product label.

You will conduct supplier evaluation and proposals comparison, and negotiate with suppliers for competitive price and terms.

To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field, and 1+ years of experience designing activewear clothing.

You should have strong understanding of garment construction, technical design, and production processes, as well as proficient skills in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.

Able to travel to China, with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and passion for activewear fashion and staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations.
