Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive business growth in Hong Kong.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including forecasting and inventory management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sales teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing programs.
  • Achieve A&P management and budget control targets for assigned projects.
  • Develop and engage key opinion leaders (KOLs) in relevant therapeutic areas.
  • Create product materials and conduct product trainings for sales teams.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through rapport communication and regular business reviews with clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Biochemistry, or Medical-related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in sales and marketing in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English and Chinese.
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Manager, Product Management role.
