We're seeking a highly skilled architect to design and develop a next-generation blockchain-based payment system at OSL. As a Payment Tech Lead, you'll lead a team of engineers to create a secure, scalable, and efficient payment platform that leverages blockchain technology.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and develop the overall architecture of the payment system, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain technology into the payment platform.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define product requirements and evaluate potential solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the blockchain and digital payments spaces.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience in designing and developing complex software systems, preferably in the fintech or cryptocurrency sectors.
- Expertise in blockchain technology, including smart contract development and deployment.
- Strong understanding of secure coding practices and risk management principles.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of engineers.
