Position Summary:
As a Japanese-speaking Quality Engineer at JPC Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our electronic products. Your primary responsibilities will involve developing and implementing quality control processes, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and conducting site visits to assess quality standards.

Responsibilities:
The main duties of this role include:
• Implementing quality control processes aligned with industry standards
• Collaborating with suppliers and customers on quality-related matters
• Conducting regular audits and site visits to ensure quality compliance
• Maintaining accurate records and providing supplier evaluations

Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, you should possess a degree in a relevant field, ideally Quality Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Automotive Engineering. Three years of experience in QA roles is also necessary, with experience in electronics manufacturing being advantageous. Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Japanese, English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, is mandatory. As the role requires occasional international travel, cultural sensitivity and adaptability are crucial skills.
