As a faculty-driven university, Hong Kong Metropolitan University (HKMU) is dedicated to providing students with quality professional education and clear career paths. Our mission is to enhance recognition of vocational and professional education and training, and nurture talents with both applied skills and knowledge.

We are seeking a suitable candidate to fill the following position in the School of Education and Languages:

Job Details
  • Teach a full-time undergraduate course on campus during daytime hours;
  • Prepare teaching notes and assessment, mark assignments and examination papers;
  • Provide consultation to students and prepare course documents;
  • Perform other duties related to course development and delivery.

The appointee will be required to teach 39 hours for the course and work from May to September 2025. English is the medium of instruction.

Candidates should possess a recognized higher degree in Education, plus teaching experience and fluency in written and spoken English. Preference will be given to candidates with related experience in curriculum development, English Language Assessment, or teaching in higher education.

Terms and Conditions

Successful candidates will be appointed on a temporary part-time contract with benefits provided in accordance with statutory provisions.
