Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out various accounting-related tasks, including:

  • Preparing payment vouchers and dispatching cheques;
  • Processing advance payments and final settlements of overseas duty travel expenses;
  • Issuing debit notes for billing requests;
  • Handling daily collection, cash count and reconciliation of the daily collection;
  • Replenishing petty cash and preparing journals;
  • Maintaining creditors accounts, debtors accounts and other funding accounts;
  • Assisting in preparing regular and month-end analysis and reports;
  • Maintaining proper filing of accounting records.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 passes in HKCEE or 5 HKDSE subjects with at least Level 2, including English, Chinese and Mathematics; or any post-secondary qualification;
  • Holder of LCCI Level 2 or diploma/higher certificate in Accounting is preferable;
  • A minimum of 2 years' relevant accounting experience preferably gained from a sizable organization;
  • Fair communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Good Excel worksheet manipulation and Chinese Word Processing skills;
  • Knowledge in Sun Account System and Infor Q&A is an advantage.
