Razer Evangelist

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Razer Evangelist to join our team. As a Razer Evangelist, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our customers, providing top-notch service, and ensuring that they receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, responding to their inquiries and needs in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay knowledgeable about all Razer products and services, and make recommendations to customers based on their interests and needs.
• Work closely with the store management team to maintain a clean and organized store environment, and to ensure that all company standards are met.
• Assist with inventory control, receiving regular vendor deliveries, and replenishing sales floor in a timely manner.
• Enforce all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security protocols.
• Perform other duties as directed by the store management team.
