  • Provide guidance on programs according to student needs, admission procedures, eligibility, and costs.
  • Schedule and prepare interviews with prospective families and faculty.
  • Support recruitment events, open houses, campus tours, school fairs, and information sessions.
  • Offer online assistance for families navigating the portal and support throughout the admissions process.
  • Keep records of applicant information and generate reports for management.
  • Prepare materials as required by the admissions process.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and execute recruitment strategies.
  • Support senior admission counsellors as needed.

Requirements:

  • University graduate in any discipline.
  • 2-3 years of experience working in admissions or admin field. Experience in an international school or educational institute would be an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office and OpenApply system.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pleasant personality with good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a calm and polite attitude under stressful circumstances.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • Immediately available or short notice preferred.
