Job Description:

Besteam Personnel Consultancy Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sourcing Coordinator to support our procurement operations. In this role, you will work closely with our Manager to perform general sourcing duties and ensure the smooth execution of tasks.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that all relevant documentation is accurate and up-to-date;

  • Coordinating with internal teams to facilitate communication and collaboration;

  • Providing administrative support to the Manager as needed;

  • Assisting with data entry and record-keeping;

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree from a recognized institution;

  • Fresh graduates with a strong academic record are encouraged to apply;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese;

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software;

  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
