Job Summary

The Bank of East Asia is seeking a skilled Dealer, FX Margin to join our Currencies & Interest Rates Trading Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing professional services to margin trading customers, meeting team KPIs, and serving customers with up-to-date market news and information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on both quantitative and qualitative aspects
  • Provide professional services for margin trading customers, including market news and information
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental goals
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments

Requirements

  • University graduate or tertiary education
  • Minimum 1-year experience in FX business, preferably with FX margin business
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience of Internet trading is preferred
  • Member of Treasury Markets Association is an advantage
  • Holder of Type 1 and Type 4 license with HKMA / SFC preferred
  • Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and independently
  • A good team player with good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Will to perform Pacific shift duty (11pm to 8am), including holiday shifts
  • Sound knowledge of computer applications software
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
