- To assist in the development and implementation of elite training programmes/initiatives;
- To coordinate the administration and funding of elite coaching departments;
- To coordinate with NSAs on programme planning and resource allocation;
- To administer direct financial support schemes for athletes and funding programmes for NSAs;
- To perform general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- A university degree;
- A minimum of 4 years' relevant working experience or equivalent;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
- High level of computer literacy;
- Awareness/knowledge of child protection in sport and equal opportunity issues in the context of Hong Kong.
