  3. Perform regular system checking and result verification on production systems.
  4. Evaluate implementation options and identify potential risks.
  5. Develop and implement project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
  6. Identify and mitigate project risks.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in software development, implementation, and maintenance.
  3. Proficient in Java 11+, Spring, Spring Webflow, JPA, JSF, Hibernate.
  4. Familiarity with Agile Development and DevOps tools such as Maven, Jenkins, JIRA, Git, Prometheus, ELK, Sonarqube, Nexus.
  5. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
