We're seeking a dynamic Server to join our innovative Spanish tapas restaurant, Calle Ocho, located in the heart of Causeway Bay. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our supervisor to provide exceptional table service, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver smooth and efficient service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a high standard of service and uphold our brand image.
  • Assist in implementing marketing activities to drive sales and revenue for the restaurant.
  • Supervise and coordinate the serving of food and beverages, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in coordinating various activities, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Monitor and control stock levels to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude with a strong teamwork mindset.
  • Sense of responsibility within your role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in English is a must, with other languages advantageous.
  • Experience working in hospitality is beneficial.
