Job Requirements

Classy Wheeler Limited is seeking a highly skilled Network and Server Technician to join our IT department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our users across different regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain network and server infrastructure.
  • Implement IT systems in our HK & China offices.
  • Monitor and supervise IT supplier performance.
  • Provide first-line technical support to users on various system, software, hardware, and networking issues.
  • Manage computer hardware and software assets.
  • Collaborate with HQ to develop and implement IT strategies.
  • Perform server administration tasks.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree or diploma in Computer Studies or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of IT experience, preferably in retail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and user handling skills.
  • Proficiency in LAN/WAN, Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, Networking, Security Issues, Backup/Restore infrastructure, VMware, and Retail Pro.
  • Experience managing IT Help Desks in multi-office environments.
  • Preference given to candidates with experience managing IT suppliers.
  • Strong command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin languages.
