Our therapy assistant will work closely with both the Lifestyle Coordinator and the Occupational Therapist to assess residents' needs and preferences to develop appropriate one-on-one or group programs. They will assist in the development and delivery of group and individual therapies and note changes in residents' well-being and advise staff of these.

The successful candidate will be proactive with a positive 'get up and go' attitude, flexible with start and finish times, and able to relate to the elderly with empathy and understand their needs.

Our McNamara Lodge is a beautifully refurbished 96-bed Residential Care Centre offering both permanent and respite care along with comprehensive activity programs to ensure our residents keep their bodies and minds active day-to-day.

Located in the heart of our retirement village, our homely bedrooms have direct access to landscaped gardens and pathways where you can take a stroll, relax, and enjoy the fresh air.
