Risk Job Description
  • Facilitate operational risk event collection, performing detailed reviews of events, tracking of remediation, conducting trend analysis, and reporting.
  • Interact with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in Technology and the business to identify enhancements through effective assessment and challenge of the businesses and Technology processes and the Technology Control Infrastructure.
  • Work with Business Continuity Coordinators in all Business and Technology groups across the Asia region to provide structure and guidance on their BCP plans and recovery strategies.
Responsibilities
  • Exercise credible and effective challenge as a 2nd line of defense.
  • Evaluate operational risks arising from new products, activities, migrations, etc.
  • Provide clear and concise verbal and written recommendations and guidance to internal staff on matters of Operational Risk Management.
  • Contribute to operational risk capital determination and stress testing.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Clear English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Good understanding of the regulatory environment in Asia.
