Relationship Builder

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at OCBC. As a key member of the Commercial Banking division, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships to drive growth.
Key Accountabilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial / other sectors
- BUILD and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Develop and implement business strategies to expand commercial accounts and increase revenue
- Exercise prudent credit assessment and approval processes for new clients
- Train and guide branch staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Degree holder with a strong academic record
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably in corporate/SME banking
- Excellent knowledge of Commercial lending principles and practices
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Proficiency in multiple languages, including English, Chinese, and Putonghua
