Job Title: Counter Manager

At Coty, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Counter Manager to join our team. As a Counter Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our retail sales and ensuring that our customers receive a quality service at the counter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory levels and processing stock procedures to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance.
  • Facilitate the returns process from store to warehouse and manage defective items.
  • Assist in completing all stock inventory cycles as scheduled and work closely with Retail Excellence and Beauty Advisors to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Coach Beauty Advisors on KPIs, business strategies, and company policies and procedures.
  • Identify and solve operational and people-related issues in a timely manner, including planning and managing weekly rosters for operations staff.
  • Facilitate month-end calculations of part-time salaries, commissions, and overtime pay.
  • Review and analyze daily sales, highlight problem areas, and take corrective action to improve performance.
  • Support and coordinate the changing of merchandising assortments and ensure planograms guidelines are met.
  • Manage omni-channel orders for fulfillment and stock management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in the relevant industry, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of fragrance products.
  • People management skills and ability to connect and inspire the field team.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm and pleasant during peak hours.
