Job Description

Responsibilities
  1. We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Team Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting our client's IT infrastructure, including systems and technical support and administration on network, desktop/server hardware and software, and application systems.
  2. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, including knowledge of Windows platforms, Microsoft Office, Active Directory Administration, Group Policy, and Exchange Server.
  3. Additional responsibilities include providing Level 1 – 3 support for incidents and problem resolution, interacting with other team members and teams to progress projects and incidents, and leading a team of Engineers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A university degree in IT or Engineering is essential, as is relevant experience in technical support and administration.
  • The successful candidate will also have strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching/Firewall, and Cisco Firewall/switches.
  • Experience with virtualisation software such as VMWare, Citrix XenApp, SQL Server, Data Storage, SCCM, HA Cluster, and Microsoft Remote Desktop Services is highly desirable.
  • Certificate holders of CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or MCSE are welcome to apply.
