We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Designer to join our team at Hip Hing Construction Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and supervising the construction of landscape hardworks and softworks on site.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and assess site information and potential site constraints for development projects.
- Plan and supervise the construction of landscape hardworks and softworks on site.
- Check and verify landscape submissions, including those related to landscape hardworks, softworks, establishment works, tree works, and tree risk assessments.
- Administer contracts and consultants for outsourced projects and prepare landscape inputs for in-house projects.
- Carry out duties as assigned by the Architectural Services Department.
- Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (DSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent.
- Graduate in Landscape Architecture from an institution whose curriculum has been accredited by HKILA or its acceptable equivalent in education and/or training.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
