  • To collect and analyze user requirements, translating them into functional and system specifications that drive application system development and enhancement.
  • To lead and coordinate development teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables are consistently met.
  • To participate in development and testing activities, providing system support, configuration, and maintenance as needed.
  • To effectively manage project processes, documentation, progress reporting, status meetings, and escalation procedures.
  • To collaborate closely with business analysts, vendors, and other functional teams on system requirement analysis, effort estimation, design, development, testing, implementation, and troubleshooting activities.

**Requirements:**

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
  • No less than 5 years of solid development experience in Java and/or Python.
