- Stay up-to-date with recent trends and market developments in import trade, and translate this knowledge into everyday work practices.
- Provide professional advice and guidance to customers and colleagues.
- Coordinate with business units to explore collaboration and support opportunities.
- Review and implement process improvements to strengthen operation control and efficiency.
- Ensure all procedures and regulatory requirements are strictly followed and updated as necessary.
- Provide quality services to customers and business units, ensuring that all services delivered meet requirements and exceed expectations.
- Provide guidance and support to subordinates on daily operations.
- Provide regional support to overseas offices for their business requirements.
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines.
- At least 15 years of experience in trade finance operations, with at least 8 years at managerial level and a focus on import trade.
- Experience in handling cross-border trade and documentation.
- Professional knowledge and experience in trade products, particularly in import trade, and familiarity with ICC rules.
- Solid and practical import trade operational experience, with the ability to reinforce update market knowledge and industry best practices in daily operations.
- Good supervisory, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
