Job Description:

• Our Business: We supply high-quality products to international fashion brands and apparel companies. Our product range includes buttons, garment trims, and packaging materials.
• Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of merchandising experience in trims, packaging, or a related field. Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Mandarin is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Merchandising Strategies: Plan and implement merchandising strategies to drive revenues and margins. Collaborate with buyers and build partnerships to achieve business objectives.
• Daily Duties: Perform daily merchandising duties in development and order follow-up. Ensure on-time delivery by communicating with vendors and factories.
• Client Liaison: Liaise with buyers and clients to provide excellent customer service. Communicate with the Sales Teams about product development and orders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturers and teammates on product sourcing, development, quotations, sampling, and bulk order follow-ups.
• Negotiation and Problem-Solving: Excel in price negotiation and problem-solving skills. Identify and resolve potential problems that may impact business operations.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of merchandising experience in trims, packaging, or a related field.
• Language Skills: Proficient in English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
• Independent Work: Solid experience in independently following up on development and orders.
• Travel Requirements: Possible travel to China or overseas manufacturing locations.
