Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team, responsible for managing our ICT infrastructure projects, including resources, timeline, delivery, quality, user expectation, and project finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage ICT infrastructure projects, including resources, timeline, delivery, quality, user expectation, and project finance.
  • Liaise with our business team and IT/Project Management/Design/Property Management team to coordinate and discuss IT, AV, and security requirements, and offer sound technology solutions for project delivery.
  • Oversee the deliverables of ICT consultants/contractors for infrastructure setup, including data/voice network setup, servers, WiFi, security appliances, IP CCTV, BMS & EMS, and structural cabling.
  • Coordinate with other project contractors and consultants for Smart building solutions implementation, including Smart community Apps, Back-of-House IT systems, e-Payment, Facial Recognition, Smart Living systems, Facilities Booking Apps, 5G, IoT, smart devices, sensors, and metering.
  • Establish client-facing documentation outlining standard technology offerings.
  • Review and implement ICT documentations, formulate and perform User Acceptance Test, and provide detailed reports on project progress, problems, and solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related Engineering disciplines.
  • Certifications such as PMP, RCDD, Six Sigma preferred, and familiarity with project management software and practices.
  • At least 10 years' relevant working experience, with at least 5 years as a manager role in lead team in IT Infrastructure.
  • Broad knowledge and solid experience on structural cabling, server room design and build, network and server's architecture, IP CCTV, etc., with proficiency in reading and interpreting floor plans, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Passion for new technology and innovation to envision future trends.
  • Good team player with analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivation, positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic, and able to perform in challenging environments.
  • Good interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication, in both English and Chinese.
