Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager to join our team at JC Executive Search. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the procurement of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing/Engineering & Maintenance, as well as Facilities Management.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end procurement process, including supply market research, sourcing & selection, pricing & services benchmarking, contract drafting & negotiation, and contract finalization.
- Manage and coach a small team of procurement professionals to perform procurement of various product/services categories.
- Provide expert procurement advice to various departments and stakeholders.
- Monitor supply performance, quality, and compliance.
Requirements
- A degree in Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of solid experience gained from MNCs or listed/sizeable organizations.
- Familiarity with sourcing processes from RFx/Tendering to contract finalization.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Good command of English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
