Merchandising Strategist

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Merchandiser to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our merchandising department, you will be responsible for planning and implementing merchandising strategies to drive revenues and margins.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement merchandising plans that meet customer needs and expectations
• Liaise with buyers and clients to provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with sales teams on product development and orders
• Negotiate prices and resolve problems with suppliers

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in merchandising, preferably in trims and packaging
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in English, Chinese, and Mandarin
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
