Job Description:The Enterprise IT Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of assigned technical projects from initiation through delivery. This includes identifying contractual obligations, client needs and goals, existing situation, necessary contacts, and access to existing information as needed.
- The successful candidate will develop, define and execute project plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets and deliverables.
- They will identify needed resources for projects, define and assign major project roles, and coordinate activities and tasks among project team members, other internal departments and vendor organizations as needed to meet project goals and ensure project completion is on schedule, within budget constraints, and of the appropriate quality standards for the project scope.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or other related discipline.
- 5-8 years of hands-on infrastructure project management experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure and extensive knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures, and guidelines.
- Must be in active pursuit of Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or have the equivalent level of education and experience for the job level.
