Position Overview

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Resident Physiotherapist within our esteemed organization.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranging from HK$34,820 to HK$56,272 (HGPS PT 14 – 24), inclusive of monthly allowances.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Deliver physiotherapy services independently.
• Engage actively in collaborative teamwork to improve communication and enhance service quality.

Qualifications

1. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.

2. Registration as a Physiotherapist in Part 1b/1a of the Register of Physiotherapists under the Supplementary Medical Professions Ordinance (SMPO), along with a valid Practicing Certificate issued by the Physiotherapists Board.

Preferred Skills and Attributes

1. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese.

2. Strong communication abilities.

3. Demonstrated empathy and commitment to patient care.

4. Leadership qualities and excellent interpersonal skills.

Registration and Employment Support

The organization will facilitate the interview process for shortlisted candidates and assist in the application for professional registration with the Physiotherapists Board. Additionally, support will be provided for non-residents in obtaining employment visas.

Successful candidates awaiting registration will initially be appointed as Temporary Undergraduate Physiotherapy Students (TUPT) at an hourly rate of HK$117. Upon obtaining the necessary registration and practicing certificate, the position will transition to a full-time Resident Physiotherapist role.

Additional Information

1. Candidates with postgraduate qualifications must provide relevant documentation during the application process.

2. The appointment will be on a contractual basis for a duration of 1 to 3 years, with potential end-of-contract gratuity based on performance.

3. Flexibility in working hours, including shifts and on-call duties, may be required.

4. Selected candidates may be assigned to different locations based on service needs.
