Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting to resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Install, service, maintain, and modify J&J medical device products at customer sites, ensuring compliance with company, industry, and customer site requirements.
- Collaborate with fellow field team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, including detailed notes and recommendations for future improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field or equivalent experience.
- 4 years' experience in a service environment working with customers to resolve problems related to capital equipment.
- Strong electronics and computer background, with proficiency in instrument systems technology.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications and ability to utilize computer-based tools for reporting and communication.
