About Classy Wheeler Limited

Classy Wheeler Limited is a leading telecom carrier and IT solutions company.

Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning and Execution

Develop and maintain project plans covering all required tasks, resource requirements, cost, and deliverables.

Project Management

Manage projects, including networking, data center, server, and storage, system, and cybersecurity, cloud, software development, voice/PABX.

Equipment Procurement and Budget Management

Manage equipment procurement, budgets, and timeline closely.

Issue Resolution and Escalation

Provide status on project costs, schedule, and manage the prompt resolution of issues. Escalate issues and risks timely to draw management attention.

Project Manager (Applications) Responsibilities
  1. Project Coordination and Management

Work with the technical team and vendors to drive the projects with aligned objectives, resources, and expectations.

Cross-Domain Solution Development and Project Implementation

Manage cross-domain solution development and project implementation.

System Delivery Discussions

Participate in or drive system delivery discussions when implementing technology solutions.

Project Requirements Gathering

Gather project requirements from client and project team to define work plan for efficient delivery of project.

Project Schedule Planning and Monitoring

Plan and monitor project schedule to achieve project outputs.

Risk and Issue Management

Manage all the issues/risks identified along the project.

Job Requirements
  1. Education

Diploma or Degree holder in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT industry, less experience will be considered as project executive.

Technical Skills

Solid experience in managing IT infrastructure projects, such as planning and system/network migration planning.

Preferred Skills

Technical knowledge and project management experience on networking, server storage, data center, cloud, cybersecurity, and software systems are preferred.

Personal Qualities

Able to cope with tight project schedule and demonstrate the ability and flexibility to work under dynamic environment.

Communication Skills

Good collaboration and communication skills, and strong in managing third-party vendors.

Language Skills

Good command of written and spoken in English and Cantonese.

Project Manager (Applications) Requirements
  1. Education

Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Engineering or related disciplines.

Experience

4+ years of project management experience.

Personal Qualities

Self-motivated, willing to walk extra miles to meet challenging target.

Customer Orientation

Customer-oriented, with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ownership and Adaptability

Strong sense of ownership, innovation, and adaptability to meet with Company's business need.

Language Skills

Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

Technical Skills

Good in Microsoft Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.

Communication Skills

Good in both written and oral communication skills.

Project Management Certification

Project Management related certification is preferred, e.g. PMP, Agile.

Technical Knowledge

Knowledge in Java / C# / Python / HTML/ API / Cloud is a plus.
