The Senior Corporate Quality Manager - Risk and Assurance Management is a key role within the Mass Transit Railway Corporation, reporting directly to the [insert title]. This position is responsible for leading the development and implementation of risk management and assurance strategies that align with our business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in risk management, assurance, and strategy development, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of risk management and assurance strategies.
  • Provide expert guidance on risk scanning and assurance processes and support seamless integration of risk-based assurance planning.
  • Build and maintain technical capabilities within the 2LoD to strengthen team expertise and operational performance.
  • Work closely with ERM and 2LoD Planning and Performance to ensure alignment of risk management and assurance processes.
  • Act as an independent reviewer to conduct risk-based assurance and advisory reviews.
  • Manage assigned strategic special projects within the 2LoD and broader L&G function.
  • Prepare high-quality materials for Business Unit leadership, executive, and board meetings.
