We are seeking an experienced sourcing professional to join our team as a VP of Sourcing & Purchasing.
The successful candidate will lead sourcing and quotation efforts across multiple factories in China and Vietnam, driving continuous cost reductions through effective sourcing, commodity, and supply chain strategies.
Key responsibilities include managing team operations in sourcing and evaluating new qualified suppliers globally and locally, overseeing supplier performance focusing on quality, cost, delivery, and technological advancement.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 13+ years of experience in purchasing and procurement of high-tech electronic products and machinery, with a minimum of 8 years in a leadership role.
- Solid knowledge of components and products, with a proven track record in managing electronics OEM/ODM projects related to sourcing, supplier selection, procurement, and performance management.
- Good negotiation and communication skills for effective collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented and analytical, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
