Job Title: Legal Counselor
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Legal Counselor to join our legal team at Classy Wheeler Limited. In this role, you will provide expert advice on commercial contracts and support the Legal Counsel in managing the Legal Department.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and advise on commercial contracts
  • Manage the master filing of the Legal Department
  • Conduct legal research and assist in answering enquiries on legal issues from different functions and units of the Company
  • Handle general commercial matters and other projects delegated by the Legal Counsel

Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Laws or equivalent qualification
  • At least 2 years of in-house experience gained or legal experience from a reputable law firm or legal sector
  • Knowledge and experience in handling company secretarial matters are advantageous
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in PC applications (Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing)
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, diligent, and a good team player
