Key Responsibilities

The Service division provides cutting-edge maintenance and support solutions to a diverse clientele across various sectors for Building Management Systems (BMS). As a vital member of our expanding team of BMS specialists, you will be responsible for the upkeep and assistance of client facilities.

In your role as the Lead Technician, you will serve as the primary 'mobile' contact for all technical service inquiries, tasked with diagnosing and resolving issues on intricate systems in accordance with established protocols, service agreements, and client requirements.

Your Approach

  • Oversee and guide a team in delivering support for retrofitting, testing, commissioning, installation, servicing, and maintenance of building service systems, including hardware, software, and troubleshooting initiatives.
  • Ensure the quality of work meets customer satisfaction and adheres to agreed-upon standards.
  • Supervise and manage all site activities, including those executed by subcontractors, to guarantee compliance with specifications.
  • Take the lead in preparing maintenance and retrofit proposals and tenders.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients.
  • Advocate for our services to both new and existing clients.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Desirable

  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and project management capabilities.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills, along with effective organizational and planning abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Self-sufficient and capable of working under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to work on-site in various locations.
