Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Elevator Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Otis. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating the work of our site teams to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our elevators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement site-specific maintenance plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with our engineering team to optimize elevator performance and safety.
  • Attend site meetings and coordinate with site personnel to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and regulatory agencies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance or operations role, preferably in the elevator industry.
  • Strong knowledge of elevator systems, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
