Job Description: Fashion Designer & Developer

\

We are searching for an experienced Fashion Designer & Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative product designs, selecting suitable fabrics, analyzing market trends, working closely with cross-functional teams, and preparing engaging product presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • \
  • Create visually appealing product designs that align with brand themes and styles;\
  • Select and develop high-quality seasonal fabrics that meet business requirements;\
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on fashion trends;\
  • Foster strong relationships with Design, Product Development, Marketing, and Production teams throughout the product lifecycle;\
  • Drive improvements in sample-making processes and ensure timely completion of tasks;\
  • Present finished products to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.\
  • Necessary Qualifications:\
    • \
    • At least 2 years of experience in women's wear R&D;\
    • A passion for fashion with excellent design skills;\
    • Proficiency in English and Mandarin languages;\
    • Proficiency in Photoshop and 3D software (Browzwear or CLO) is preferred;\
    • Must be willing to travel occasionally.\
