Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled QA Specialist to join our team at ConnectedGroup. As a QA Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our AI project.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for designing and implementing test plans and cases for AI systems and web applications.
  • You will develop and maintain automated test scripts, as well as perform manual testing to check system functions.
  • You will work closely with development teams to fix issues and improve quality.
  • You will assess AI models for fairness and bias, and monitor systems for performance changes.
  • You will provide suggestions to improve system quality and user experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in quality assurance, especially in AI or machine learning systems, with a focus on large-scale projects.
  • Good understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, and AI model performance.
  • Familiar with agile development and various testing methods, including UI, regression, and performance testing.
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
