Executive Bartender

Tsui Wah Group is a renowned dining establishment with a rich history of serving delicious food and refreshing beverages to our valued customers.

We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Bartender - Noodle and Beverage Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our bar division, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and preparing a variety of noodles and dishes that meet the expectations of our discerning guests.

• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and soft drinks, to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Noodle and Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of noodles and dishes, such as breakfast items, sandwiches, and snacks, to order.
• Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring that we have sufficient ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
• Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors, such as assisting with events or maintaining equipment.

• Education: Form 3 or above (equivalent to secondary education)
• Experience: One-half to two years of relevant working experience in a similar role
• Skills: Well-versed in operating a restaurant's Bar Division, responsible, and possessing a strong team spirit

• Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience
